Hope you all had a happy 4th! Mine included some of my favorite things: friends, fireworks & BBQs.
I thought I’d share my personal BBQ offering: cornflake-chocolate-chip-marshmallow-cookies from the MOMOFUKU MILK COOKBOOK…cause nothing says ‘America!’ like a cookie the size of your head ;)
With a recipe that calls for 1/3c dough per cookie, I think chef Christina Tosi may be my new personal hero.
